OSC 12-2500 Oil-Water Separator
Clean and Eco-friendly – The New OSC Oil-Water Separator Most oil-water separators are of poor quality and cumbersome to operate. Now, there's no need to compromise! The Atlas Copco OSC series oil-water separators, with their superior filtration accuracy and maintenance-free design, help businesses comply with local environmental regulations and practice green production.
OSC Core Advantages:
Equipped with innovative dual-stage filtration technology, significantly improving oil-water separation efficiency.
Extremely high water purity, easily meeting stringent clean water discharge standards.
Dedicated filter cartridges and bags trap oil and sludge, simplifying condensate treatment processes and ensuring clean and tidy operation.
OSC employs a specially designed triple filtration technology using polypropylene and activated carbon materials to remove a wider range of oils, achieving water purity as low as 5 ppm. Organic clay filter cartridges can be used to absorb more stubborn emulsions.
To optimize performance, the OSC series monitors water flow compliance and polypropylene filter bag saturation. A test outlet simplifies filtration performance verification.
