Since its founding in Stockholm, Sweden in 1873, Atlas Copco has undergone numerous changes, but its spirit of innovation has remained steadfast. In its early days, we supplied Swedish Railways with a wide range of equipment to support the construction and operation of new railways throughout the country. However, as the world has evolved and customer needs have changed, our product line has expanded to include compressors, tools, and rock drills required for industrialization. Today, we have moved beyond the rock drill market, but have established a strong presence in many similar industries and are expanding into other sectors.
